Dennis M. McCoy and Sons Construction is a family-owned general engineering contractor, located in Westlake Village, Calif. Established in 1994, it specializes in the rough grading of unimproved real estate for the purpose of commercial, industrial and residential development, and is one of the premier grading contractors in California. Its grading services include various operations, such as vegetation clearance, establishment of temporary water facilities, cutting and filling to the specified grade, removal and recompaction of unsuitable materials, construction of earthen buttresses and stability fills and rough and fine grading for building pads and road base. Its services enable the company to offer to the developer a finished product of pads, underground utilities and streets with curbs and gutters.
