I am a Clinical Health Psychologist specialized in helping people manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health issues and relationship issues. I work with individuals and couples to achieve their personal goals of psychological wellness and healthy relationships. I utilized proven Gottman couples interventions to help couples feel more connected and manage conflict more effectively. My passion is to help each person become the best version of him/herself and have the skills to continue growing long after therapy ends. I have extensive experience providing a variety of evidence-based treatments. I personalize the care I provide based each individual's concerns, personal preferences, and beliefs. I have specialized interest in women's health (infertility, pregnancy, loss, and the personal adjustments associated with child-bearing and child-rearing). I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment to talk about personal issues. I honor the courage it takes to seek help and work toward change.
