Love it here. New management is very freindly. My apartment is very spacious. i would recommend.

I have lived here for over a year now and for the most part, I am very happy with my apartment. I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the second floor and think the amount of space is great. I love the balcony as well. Any maintenance problems I have had were minor and addressed very quickly. I have 2 dogs and pick up after them meticulously, as do most of the pet owners I have seen, but the receptacles that are placed around the grounds for pet waste are often left overflowing by maintenance staff and should be emptied more often. One major complaint is a resident who apparently has lived in the complex a long time & treats the dog walking and cookout area as though it is his own personal yard and often sunbathes in the middle of everything; it's disgusting to have to look at. I avoid the area as much as possible even though it is the closest dog walking area to my apartment because even if the resident is not outside, he immediately comes out and bothers me and my dogs.
