I submited a script on July 21 when it was promptly process and entered into the system. The pharmacist told me because it was a controlled substance it could not be dispensed until 8-13-12. When I realized I was running out I returned to have my script filled and I was told sorry your script has expired because it was written on 7-6-12. The baffled me because the script was processed on time. Seems the pharmacist transposed by birthdate the 14th with the script date and the script was set aside. Now I am sitting here worrying what will happen to my Health without my meds. Moral is don't assume anything
