      I had a brake job done here. Pleasantly surprised by the service, the staff, the communication and in every other way. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Plus the guys that work there are cute. :)

      Great people, knowledgable, certified mechanics, experienced, reasonable pricing, upfront and honest guys. Tok my wife's Hyundai, my Ford Mercury and my daughter's Isusu to the guys at Pikeside Auto in Westfield MA. In each case they quickly got to the bottom of problems with the cars, fixed them quickly, for LESS than I expected and NO more problems. They are people who care and will not rip you off. I would send my grandmother there. Clean waiting room and bathroom and coffee while you wait. They tell me they will soon be selling used cars they will repair and sell. I would buy a used car from Pikeside Auto because I can trust the owners and trust their work. I go out of my way to have them service my cars because I KNOW I am getting value.
