“I aim to work as a team with the patient to reach their goals, maximize function, and improve pain management. Understanding each patient’s perspective is critical to helping them to return to the activities they love. To this end, I believe in a holistic approach that includes physical therapy (exercise as medicine). This can be combined with other treatments, such as medication management and injection therapies when needed.”
