About Us Motivated by the realization that the covered gutter industry had yet to produce a viable and effective solution to the problem of clogged gutters, K-Guard, LLC began concept development for the K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System in 1995. System development began shortly thereafter, and, in 1998, K-Guard earned US Patent #5, 845, 435 and sealed a contract with the company's first licensed dealer. In the short time that has followed, the K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System has quickly earned the reputation of being the premier product in its industry. K-Guard currently has dealers in 30 states and Canada. One thing other gutter providers don't often talk about is the quality of their dealers. We feel we have the best ones in the industry. Each dealer goes through a rigorous pre-qualification phase before they can sell and install the K-Guard gutter system.
