Price is a lot lower than other tax preparers. But, you get what you pay for. This is the first time I've used this company. When we went to pick up our taxes, no one checked our ID to make sure it was us. The receptionist just had us sign & handed over the packet. No explanation of anything. When we got home, I found two mistakes on my taxes. One would have cost me penalties if I hadn't caught it myself.
