- Dr. Gardner is a Palmer graduate and practices Palmer Package to include diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, and activator.To accelerate healing, we also offer physical therapy modalities including electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, light therapy, heat, hydro-massage, and massage therapy.We also offer acupuncture and massage therapy from our LMT. Dr Gardner also has extensive training and is certified in impairment ratings.

Gardner Chiropractic is focused on helping you receive safe, effective, gentle chiropractic care to eliminate pain and promote a healthier life. Chiropractic care eliminates pain by helping the joints move properly which in turn reduces pain, swelling, muscle spasm and nerve dysfunction.For example, if you woke up and were unable to straighten your knee all the way and were forced to limp on that leg, you would have pain in the leg, swelling in the joint, and muscle pain. If you were then able to allow that joint to return to its normal function where it could extend all the way and work properly, the swelling would go away, your muscles would be working properly so the muscle pain would go away, and you would no longer be limping which would eliminate the other leg pain that you are suffering. By this same mechanism, by allowing the joints in the spine and sacroiliac (hip) joints to work properly, you can remove back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica and neuralgia.Please call to see if you have a condition that Chiropractic care can relieve.

Wonderful care! Jill will always work you in, even last minute. The office is warm and friendly and I never feel rushed. My family benefits greatly from the care we recieve at this office.
Gardner Chiropractic is a great place to get your "kinks" worked out! Jill has great skills and you never feel like she is pushing you into a therapy that you do not need. Yvonne is so warm and always greets you with kindness and sincerity and Dee is so sweet and gives a great massage! I've happily referred others to this practice and they share my opinion!
