      General Info

      I am a Yoga Therapist, working individually with clients and teaching therapeutic classes for area hospitals. I am also a Reiki Practitioner with experience working in a hospital-based Integrative Medicine Program Research has shown the benefits of yoga and Reiki for stress and pain reduction, for reducing cancer treatment side effects and for promoting healing. My students and clients find these therapies to be very effective in addressing their health concerns.
