Lenihan Appraisal Company was started as Lenihan Realty and Appraisal Company by Michael P. Lenihan in 1969 here in Westerly, Rhode Island. Michael served as a general appraiser and real estate broker in Rhode Island and Connecticut. He also held an impressive amount of public offices. In addition to these offices and positions he remained dedicated to continuing not only his personal education, but serving as an educator himself. Sandra and Raymond Lueder took over the business in 2016 as Lenihan Appraisal Company. We remain dedicated to providing fair and honest real estate appraisals in southern Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut.
