I have visited Eight Mile Creek several times in my search to improve my eating habits and knowledge of growing foods in a healthy way. Having had a small garden of my own for twenty years using no chemicals or sprays, I thought I knew a fair amount, but upon visiting with the owner, Pam Schreiber, I have realized that there is so much more that affects the food grown for general consumption. Pam has a quiet way of teaching and answering questions. No matter how much farm work is waiting, she will take time to answer customers' questions. It is obvious that she is well educated in so many areas. She truly loves what she does and is committed to providing a healthier world. And in addition to all this, the food that comes from the farm is delicious! Well worth the drive.
