I was disappointed with the service of this company. The driver was 30 minutes late to take my family and I to the airport. When she finally arrived, she didn't even attempt to put the bags in the car. Once we started driving she said that we were her first customers of the day and that she was coming from home, meaning she didn't have an excuse to be late. She also played inappropriate music in the car. The radio was on a station talking about making tapes in the bedroom. Then she didn't even know the flat rate to Midway so she made it up. The only positive about this experience was that she made up for being late by quickly getting us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight.
