Established in 1847, Chicago Title Insurance Co. is one of the largest title companies in the United States. Based in Arlington Hts, Ill., the company offers a variety of services, such as title insurance, escrow, appraisals, property evaluations, credit services, flood certifications, field services, bancserv notary services and contract servicing. In 2000, Chicago Title Insurance Co. merged with FNF. It is a subsidiary of Chicago Title and Trust Co. that has been operational for more than 150 years.
