Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service! I ended up walking out because I was getting no help. Went back a few times because I wanted to purchase brick and again no one wanted to help after explaining what I needed. All I needed was the name of the brick I purchased to purchase additional units. Ended up going to big apple supply! They deserve the business.
Worst experience: these folks called a day before delivery to say they didn't have the pavers I'd ordered a week earlier...had to postpone scheduled work (multiple workers affected). Despite explicit instructions to call before delivery, they quietly placed 2 pallets of bricks and pavers right in the middle of the driveway and left blocking my cars in the garage!! The three times I drove to them to pickup supplies, I watched this big south american guy always on a forklift in the lot who's constantly screaming, yes literally screaming, at household customer vehicles that enter the lot! If this sorry being picks up your order and can't use the forklift he leaves you in the middle of the lot to do the loading yourself! It's pretty apparent he just wants his bosses inside "hearing" him work...when it comes to really working, as in helping customers (besides riding the forklift), forget it..."it's too busy for me to do it by hand"?? What a third grade dump!

Terrible experience. Waited for more than an hour to find the right person. Situation is still not resolved!
