My mother ordered tickets for me as a gift and was charged over double what the original price of the tickets were. The website stated that processing fees are lower than most but charged her $15 shipping and $30 handling. Outrageous considering she could have printed these herself and waved such fees. But of course, she was never told this. The tickets ( which should have cost $40 for the two) cost her $130. When I called about it i was told the tickets were not sold by the owner himself but by a third party. Although the owners name and contact info were on the tickets, he assured me that it was not him that sold the tickets. He assured me that he would try to remedy this but never pulled through. I purchased another ticket at the cost of $20 at the box office of the venue. No refund or extra ticket was offered to me by the tickets unlimited owner. I feel that if this had been made right by the owner of the company, we would have been happy and moved on but it was not so I warn others to make sure you are not being hit with processing fees and shipping fees for the already overpriced tickets you may be purchasing thought this company. Go through the box office of the venue and print them yourself!
