I've been there close to 6 years. I'm on second rounds for some furniture. The team there meets my needs ( and my grandkids needs as well). I've had good luck with this store and highly recommend them.

My first time in the store. Was looking for a new mattress - tried out a few beds and got a nice queen size pillow top. Very relaxed showroom - no hovering sales reps. I paid cash for it and made arrangements for delivery. They delivered the bed on time, assembled the frame and removed all the trash. What more can you ask for? Not my last time shopping there....

I spent too much time searching for a bed and all my looking stopped when I found EXACTLY what I was looking for at Premier! The sales staff never rushed me, I never felt pressured, and they had things delivered, set up and left after I was completely satisfied. I loved how they spent extra time with me, showing me all the options until I found precisely what I wanted. They are really personable, professional, and I never felt "pushed" into buying anything. They listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find the exact match for me. My bed is awesome!!! I will return here for other purchases, and definitely recommend them to others! You really can't find nicer folks!

I have been with the store for nearly 5 years. I have always had good luck with their furniture and they have been very good about taking something back if I find it is not what I need. An example was a protable fireplace. My light bill tripled and I brought it back with no hassles. I have price watched with them on certain deals and they have had the better deal every time. The staff are always willing to go out of their way to help, they are very friendly and care about their customers which is why I go back. I have bought there to be a major stockholder which should in itself be a good testimonial for the store.

I have been with Premiere Rental for about 5 years. Premiere is the top of the line when it comes to Rental agencies - and I can speak from bad experiences with others. Premiere has top quality merchandise, sincere, honest in-store managers and has treated me with the utmost respect. I have purchased furniture, electronics, computers, Digital TV's, and many more and all have outstanding quality and endurance. I would HIGHLY recommend Premiere Rental of Westbrook to anyone. Myself, I like the rental and buy-here, pay here so that if I don't care for something I can return it. Needed a laptop for a few months and ended up buying it. Their service was great. I had a virus and they restored the laptop in a day. I've rented from other companies before and these guys are the best. Yeah, you're paying more than Best Buy but I didn't have the cash or the credit to buy one and I'm sure the geek squad won't restore the laptop for free! I'll consider rent to own more than I used to based on this experience.
