Cavallaros is a SCAM!!! I brought my SUV in to Cavallaro Auto Repair in Westbrook to have a clunking feeling/noise in my rear end diagnosed. They said that they couldnt feel or hear what I was talking about but they did take the liberty to go over the rest of my car, and found $2,467 worth of OTHER completely unrelated repairs that they wanted to do; all for MY safety they explained. Dont bring your car there unless you like being bent-over a barrel and throwing away your money!

Being new to the community and a woman, I feel very lucky to have found them. The waiting room was clean and inviting. The front desk staff was friendly and explained everything very well to to me. The service was prompt and I felt comfortable waiting there. The price was fair and I feel confident that everytime I turn my key my car will now start.

I would highly recommend Cavallaro Auto Repair. I recently had a heater core replaced which I was quoted at another shop to cost roughly $1,200..Cavallaro's did the job at just under $650 and had the job completed on time.. They are always polite and respectful...Always willing to answer my questions... They don't give you the runaround and are not patronizing.. Women shouldn't be afraid of this shop whatsover..The waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable...There is also a drop box in the front and is well-lit.. I've recommended this shop to my friends and family and they're also happy with them.. These guys know good customer service and are excellent for repairs.. I've found that ALL of the parts have been lower than VIP and dramatically lower in the amount of labor AND the final price is right AND it's fixed right the first time! It's nice to find a shop that doesn't rip you off! Thanks Cavallaro Auto!

In comparing prices I found parts to be 4 times more than other places. Installing a thermostat took them 4 hours of labor. Females use caution having work done here. Not trustworthy.
