When I go to Steinmart I shop for my husband in the mens department which is great. I went there on 2/14 this weekend and asked the man in that department about a shirt he had no clue? Also every time I go to the check out the older women who is working talks to the customer for about 20 minutes or longer and never calls someone else. You need to do a better job training your employees.

I love the store and the great discounts, I always find something. The girls who work there Anita, Martina and Sharon they are always so friendly and give me great advice when picking out clothing and jewelry. I have a shopped here since the store open and those associates have been there to. They deserve a rise or more appreciation.

I had a lot of fun finding treasures at SteinMart. Brought home some wonderful bargains- would visit again soon. Can't wait to go back- great clothes, helpful salespeople and items I couldn't find anywhere.

Stein Mart was a favorite of mine when visiting some of the Southern states so I was extremely happy when the Westborough store opened. I enjoy the fashions, very different and unique, and the great prices. I especially enjoy shopping when I have coupons for even further savings. I do have one suggestion, please install price check machines throughout the store so customers can check the prices before we get to the checkout counter. Many times I have spent considerable time choosing items from the sales racks and trying them on to make sure I have the right size, only to be told at the checkout counter that the items are not on sale. Very disappointing. Otherwise, keep up the great quality and variety.
