Founded in 1950, Pulte Homes is one of the largest home building companies in the United States. It builds and sells townhomes, villas and single-family homes in more than 25 states and over 50 metropolitan markets in the U.S., under the Del Webb and DiVosta Homes brands. The company offers homes of various sizes, designs, floor plans and specifications. It employs a team of engineers, design professionals, architects and interior decorators and has constructed more than 500,000 new homes. The company also provides mortgage banking and title agency services through its subsidiary, Pulte Mortgage. Pulte Homes has constructed several communities, including Altura in San Jose, Calif.; Alamo Ranch and Bulverde Village Canterbury in San Antonio; Court at Fieldstone in Cumming, Ga.; and Coachman Reserve in Clearwater, Fla. Pulte Homes is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
