I have been a member of the agency for 1 year and in my correspondings with Sue Lane, she is nothing but rude and unhelpful. She talks back and when I told her I will leave the agency to find a new agency, her words were "listen honey, you can take your business somewhere else, that's fine. It will not be any loss to us." I was appalled and in this day, age and economy everyone in the customer service industry should be as nice as possible and trying to keep their customers, all of them! I will make note to all I know about this poor service I received from Sue Lane. Traci who I've also corresponded with has been nothing but nice. Sue acts as though she's better then you, the customer and no one want to deal with someone like that. I am in the customer service industry and would never, never speak to a client like that - whether they are spending $1 or $100K. All are VIP.
