Had stopped going to this location because of shoddy service and the high number of order errors. Tonight I just came from many hours in the emergency room and was craving a French Dip. My wife went inside to order. When we got home the Au Jus was missing, for the second time in a row. A previous complaint was when the pulled pork sandwich was ordered and there was only a small portion of the pulled pork on top of a pile of sliced beef. As the item was new I thought that must be Arby's version of pulled pork. However, I talked to one of their trainers who said no, it should all be pulled pork and no other meat. A third complaint was that the cashier on a night I went through the drive in was incredibly disrespectful. This location lost over a year of my business because of that incident. I almost never have issues when I visit other Arby's locations. Staff needs to be better trained. I try calling to explain why my visit was less than satisfactory but the phone is busy.
I was there just 20 minutes ago, I ordered: 1 order of Mozz Sticks. 3 Reg RB for $50.00 3 Large Curly Fry. 2 for $5.00 Chkn Choice Chicken Tenders w/Honey Mustard. When the order was declared complete, I asked the lady if everything was in the bag. She said, "yes." I then read back to her from the receipt (just as I have copied to your website. Once, again, I asked is everything in the bag. Once again, she declared it was. I drove home, approximately eight miles. Once home, the contents were removed the bag. To our disappointment, one of the THREE sandwiches ordered was missing from the bag. I understand you are in the "fast food" business, but when you guys are too fast, mistakes get made. I am not returning eight miles for one sandwich, but regrettably, we will remember having asked if the order was complete Twice, and then returning home, only to find out it was not. Disappointed.
