After getting my Toyotas serviced at the local dealer in West Springfield for years, I decided to give a small shop a try. I heard about Steve from a friend of mine who knows him. Steve clearly knows these cars inside and out, and is very knowlegeable. My Avalon's 'check engine' light was on and the dealer wanted to do $3400. worth of work on it. Really? The car is a 2003 with only 81,000 miles on it! Steve explained everything in terms I could understand, and did an excellent job for a fraction of the price. I got my car back washed and vacuumed. I was also impressed by the neatness and cleanliness of his operation. There is a nice waiting room with WiFi. The place is spotless! I HIGHLY recommend Steve's!
