To be honest this place does not even deserve 1 star. Their employees have little to no knowledge about video games, on top of that their customer service is horrible i walked around for about half an hour to see if they would ask me for any assistance but they never bothered. On more than one occasion they have sold me used games that do not work forcing me to return to the store to exchange it. Only good thing i have to say is that it is gamestop..... but unfortunately this location needs to find better employees that can not just sell the product but provide informative information for their customers....
