I have had this insurance for years and now for the past week can't get the through to them. None of the numbers work. How are you open but your phone doesn't work. Now I have to drive over there for some thing that would take two seconds on the phone. Really thinking about changing places

I recently called this place, because I was a previous customer. When I left I was in good standing. I did not want screw up my chances if I ever needed them again. So I called repeatedly only to be put on hold for 20 minutes or more at a time. Just before I was put on hold for the last time, I asked are you really busy and is there more then one person in the office? The rep. replied no we are not busy and can you please hold. This is a joke!!!!
