Jim came right to our house, as my mother in law is legally blind as well as very hard of hearing. As he explained the best options for her situation, she would lean over to me to talk it over with me. Jim was great answering all our questions & even left her a loaner so she wouldn't have to live in all most total silence til he brought over her new hearing aid! My Dad got his hearing aids here before he passed away; now we can really see why. Thankyou!
