I have dealt with Bob for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied.He goes out of his way to educate you as well as share his knowledge of his jewelry products.I find this to be the only place to shop for reliable service and jewelry and intend on coming back very soon,as the holidays are approaching very quickly !!

I went to Robertson and Bach to have my platinum engagement ring resized a second time because the first time they made it too big. When I returned, I was stunned to have a staff member inform me that he didn't want to resize my ring because he thought it fit just fine the way it was - and also because that was the way his ring fit. He was very condescending and told me to come back in a month and he'd look at it again. He also told me that I shouldn't wear my engagement ring all the time - I should take it off at night because my knuckle would grow too big, which was really none of his business anyway. A simple trip to have my ring resized turned into an unnecessary hassle. I promptly took my ring down the street to another jeweler who graciously consented to size my ring just the way I wanted it (precise to 1/8 of a size). People should be able to have their rings sized so they are comfortable with the fit, not the jeweler! I will not bring my business to Robertson again.
