In 1988, David Ogiony founded the company named, David E. Ogiony Development Co., Inc James Ingalls joined the company in 1993 and became president and sole owner in 2004. The company name was updated to Ingalls Site Development, Inc The company mission is concentrated on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. A safe working environment is of paramount importance in ensuring the health and welfare of our most important asset, our personnel. In addition to regularly held safety meetings and toolbox talks, a number of safety training and certification courses are offered to employees. These courses include the following: OSEA, Occupational Safety and Environmental Associates, The Workplace Experts, perform job site inspections while our employees work on-site. OSEA prepares a report following the inspection of the work site. The OSEA report is a valuable safety instruction tool and is reviewed with employees.
