worst delivery company ever- they find all kinds of excuses to not install the units,- they do not offer to test the units- they came late, and then are in a rush- what good is a delivery company that can't deliver????

We just had a refrigerator delivered and the two delivery men, Jose and Juan, were a pleasure to have in our home. They were so careful with our floor and took the time needed to properly install the refrigerator and to give some tips on the use of the ice maker. They were also so kind to move the old refrigerator to our neighbor's garage.

I purchased a refrigerator from one of the large home stores and it was delivered by Premier Product Management. The delivery men were nice however they damaged my linoleum flooring. I contacted the third party company as suggested by the store I purchased the appliance from and filed a claim. My claim was then handed over to Premier to investigate and I wasn't contacted by Premier in the time frame I was told I would be so I had to call them. First they claimed that they had only assisted in moving my old frig and was unaware of any damage and then claimed they never touched my old frig at all! After a month of consistently not being called back I called and demanded to speak to the manager and was told my claim was denied and I would received a letter. I never received the letter! This company is very dishonest and unprofessional. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
