I purchased a Bahama set from Design Furnishings after talking to Lisa on the phone for over an hour. She was great to work with and really came through for us. We needed it delivered by the 7/28 and we got it on the 27th. It took less than 2 weeks and I know it would not have happened without Lisa pushing it through. Thank you so much. We love the furniture.

My husband and I just love our new wicker furniture for our patio. We ordered our 14 piece set online after speaking with Lisa who was tremendous. We got more than for a lower price than anywhere else we looked including locally. The furniture is comfortable and looks great. We've had several compliments and will refer our friends for sure.

I purchased an 8 piece wicker patio set online from this company and have been very satisfied with how friendly they were and how nice the furniture is. My order was delivered in less than 2 weeks just as I was told. Very happy with my purchase. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I ordered the furniture las April and was promised 4 to 6 week delivery. When I called to check on it, they said it was back ordered and would take 10 to 12 weeks (already paid in full) When I finally received the furniture in June, it was missing two cushions. I submitted a claim immediately and they said they would be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks. That was in July of 2011. It is now May of 2012. In addition to the missing cushions, I noticed that the existing cushions were fading after only few weeks. So much so that I called them to voice my concern that by the time I received the 2 missing cushions, they wouldn't even match. The customer rep that I spoke to said that she was very sorry to hear that and she would look into in and get back to me since we were waiting for the 2 cushions anyway. After several phone calls, and 2 months passing, they finally said that there was nothing they could or would do because fading was not covered in the warranty.

Worked several times with you and I have to say a great pleasure working with you! The products arrived on time and looked much better than I first thought. Fast answers on my emails by the way!Marty
