I have been going to KoWest Roxbury for just over a month. I am crazy about the whole experience. A former personal trainer recommended it and I love everything about it. I used to dream up excuses for not going to the gym , now I dream up reasons why I should go back to Koko twice in one day. I did a strength test today- the first after the initial one at the first visit. Today I showed a strength gain of 32% since my first visit! I not only love the system, but everyone employed at West Roxbury is pure delight. That too, is part of the wonderful experience. I haven't felt this good for years! The club is always spotless and staff is fun, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I tell everyone about Koko :)
