Aletheia Life provides Splankna Therapy and Mental Wellness and Executive Coaching. Splankna is a Christian, mind-body tool for emotional healing. It brings together the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an issue all at once to release the roots of anxiety, trauma, negative behaviors and stresses. This whole person approach can often facilitate change at a deeper level than more traditional methods. Of course, no methodology hits a home run every time, but when body, soul and spirit work together, the potential for change is maximized. This opens us to God's unique individual purpose and allows us to collaborate with him. Coaching helps you formulate a plan for this collaboration and vision of the future. Together or separately, they move you towards achieving your goals and living a more purposeful life.
