I have to admit, I never made it into the office. My husband had a decent visit with the doctor. He liked him, however, the administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired. They had my husbands glasses for 2 days and never contacted him that they were there. He had to continue to keep calling them to see if they were there. Me on the other hand, I figured that this was a fluke. I made an appointment. I was called to reschedule. Ok, reschedule me once, fine. I scheduled a new appointment for a week later, just for the administrative staff to call me again, the day prior to my visit to reschedule again! Sorry, but with the several issues for a new patient with this practive, the clerical issues are too numerous. I am sure that the doctor is great, but unfortunately, you have to get past the issues with admisistration. Again, too many issues for less than 2 visits betweem 2 people. Not a good experience.
