Most recently, Kolter announced an investment vehicle for residential expansion throughout the Southeast United States with an affiliate of Och-Ziff Real Estate Acquisitions LP ("Och-Ziff Real Estate"), an affiliate of Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM). The joint venture will seek to acquire $1 billion of assets using equity and debt.
