Susan Brown is known as the agent that HUSTLES! and ALWAYS being available to her clients. Since 1988 Susan has been satisfying clients she has worked with to buy and sell their homes, new construction, staging, remodeling, and rentals. Through her continued education each year, she strives to stay on top of any legal or technology changes in the real estate industry so she can better serve her clients. Susan's goal is to always improve her service to her clients, and has an unwavering commitment to being the very best at what she does and doing it right. Susan received numerous awards each year including being ranked among the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the United States in 2020 (America's Best Real Estate Professionals honor), Top 500, Hall of Fame, Top 100, Platinum Club, National Hall of Fame, and Listing and Sales Agent of the Year. She also holds the designations of GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative).
