Disappointed: wanted to give a local business, business; however, it was a very poor performance on Peter Glenn's part. Since online retailers have been taking the lion's share of business for everything lately, including ski goods, you would think places like Peter Glenn would step up to the plate with better service, expanded hours, faster delivery, etc.

However, the store's delivery policy, supposedly one day, doesn't start until whenever Peter Glenn decides to ship your item. Online pretty much every Website offers two day delivery with better prices and selection than Peter Glenn. The fact that it took so long for the store to ship my item was really uncalled for.

I even tried to call their customer service, which is only open mon-fri. Really? Just wondering if they are bankers or a ski store. Unless something changes, I cannot see them staying in business.
