LIFE CHANGES is an individualized, dual-diagnosis Partial Hospitalization program with Community Housing located in West Palm Beach, FL for patients with drug/alcohol addictions. We are owned and operated by local neurologist, Dr. Jose Toledo, MD. We are a 30-90 day treatment program depending on the clients progress in treatment. The client will attend group M-F from 9:00AM-4:00PM. Therapy ranges from individual sessions with your therapist as well as group therapy, meditation, yoga, massage, and neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a program that is geared towards lowering anxiety and craving levels. The client will be assessed by the medical staff which includes a contracted psychiatrist that they will see 1-2 times per week. They will also be assessed by the medical doctor who will coach the client through the detox period and address all medical issues or concerns. Our nursing staff consists of an LPN that is on call 24/7. Our residence is 12 apartments exclusive for just our clients. Clients will go to outside NA/AA meetings daily and to the gym 2-4 times per week. The weekends consist of life skills and sober activities such as deep sea fishing, the beach, movies, paintball, etc.
