Migdalia's fashion forward upcycled and recycled bags are unlike any before. Each bag is hand crafted from vintage clothing and surplus materials and features one of Migdalia's remarkable signature fashion illustrations. The illustrations are printed by garment printers on various textiles and sewn to the shirts. Since all clothes are recycled, no two bags can be the same, but thats just part of what makes them great! The soul of each bag, and one of the most visually arresting qualities, comes from the signature doll. Regarding Migdalia's dolls, “My inspiration comes from my love for the woman's body. Women have beautiful curves, shapes. Each doll represents a woman of power, beauty, and independence. My dolls can stand alone, their attitude allows them to be without support, without a man. Each one of my dolls has their own facial expression, never one the same. Their face is the window to the mood of the drawing. It sets the tone for the rest.”
