Not one single positive thing to say about my experience with Dr. Vinas. Common courtesy, ethics, and morals were not part of my treatment. Trust me you can look on Palm Beach Clerk of courts and see many lawsuits, judgements and bankruptcy for Dr. Vinas.
They are the best consultants for my skin. There gentle way is so relaxing. They take the time to understand my skin. I will always be coming back.
The person who worked on my facial did great. They addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend them if you want have healthy skin.
I decided to proceed with surgery here because I felt it was so professional and they had an amazing bed side manner. In spite of being honest in how painful it was he instilled confidence. I had abdominalplasty in November and I am still thrilled with the results .

As a male senior and a golfer. I soend many hours in the sun. I had been looking for a dermatologist to treat the damage the weather has caused my skin over the years. I called and made an appointment. I came into the office to see some of the different treatments designed to help my skin. I wanted to tighten my skin as well as remove some spots I’m sure was caused by the sun. After discussing my options, I decided on the “hydrafacial” . it was a very pleasant experience with them talking me through the entire process . It was just what I was looking for thank you .
What a wonderful difference it made seeing Dr Vinas! Every time I passed by a mirror before seeing Dr.Vinas I was surprised at who I saw. Was that really me? Did I look so tired all the time? Did others perceive me as being angry when they saw that line between my eyebrows? After having Juverderm and Botox injections there were immediate results and I look refreshed and happy again. There was no down time in the treatments and it was the best thing I could have done for myself.
