"Jonier R. Rodriguez M.D., MBA, MSF is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Rodriguez completed internal medicine residency at Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon, Florida. He earned his medical degree magna cum laude with a “Distinction in Research” from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Rodriguez enjoys volunteering at support groups for patients that have suffered from heart attacks or strokes. Care Philosophy I believe that as a physician, I am are here to serve my patients and their families. It is my role to give the patients the best information and allow patients to make decisions based on their own values. It is my philosophy that each patient is an individual, a member of a family, and a member of a larger community. Each patient requires a diverse amount of physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual support. I consider that each patient has needs, rights, privileges and preferences that must be respected regardless of race, color, age, sex, faith, national origin, economic status or physical disability. It is my conviction that every patient has the right to know the truth about his or her condition. It is also my obligation to educate patients on these facts and involve their participation in making informed decisions."
