The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions for health care companies and organizations, and a broad knowledge of general corporate law to work on matters in the areas of private equity and joint venture and M&A transactions. Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is a plus. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is: $305,000 to $315,000. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.

Candidates should be employment litigation attorneys who possess excellent academic credentials, knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws, and experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed guidance, including attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions in federal and state court, and working up a case for trial.
