Students learn a simple routine consisting of warm up, stretching, floor work and pole spins. This class is for all fitness levels. Bring your heels! The class is offered every Tuesday night and the first Saturday of every month. Be sure to check schedule for most accurate days and times. Online is highly recommended to secure your spot.
