As any bride knows, dress shopping is a stressful experience. Kim and Denise at Bridal Elegance made the experience so calm and enjoyable that it felt like a day at the spa! When I went in to try on dresses, I had both of them helping me, and because they schedule well, I was the only bride in the store. I tried on dozens of dresses and headpieces and they never rushed me. In fact, they told jokes and gave me great tips on how to personalize the dresses during the whole appointment. My family lives out of state and both Kim and Denise have helped me to get the perfect dress with as little stress/drama as possible. I owe them accolades for making my wedding day such a special and beautiful one. If you are getting married in Northern NJ, you should at least check out Bridal Elegance when you begin shopping for your dress. If not, you will be missing a special experience.

AWFUL! We called to ask if they still had a particular dress that we had been considering for my mom and they said, yes, it's still here. We said we'd be there in 20 minutes and when we got there someone else was trying on the dress! We sat there for half an hour until they told us "sorry she's decided to buy it." Apparantly when she walked in they thought she was the one who called saying she was on her way there. They didn't ask for anyone's names and are obviously not organized at all. What a terrible experience.
