Bad customer service = bad business. Called to see what kind of prepaid cell service they had there. The lady answered the phone and said hello. I thought I had the wrong number at first. Asked her if this was Cellular Center. She said yeah. She then said who's this with an attitude. I paused and responded with my name and continued to ask what service they sold there. She then asked me what company I worked for. I said excuse me. She said I know you work for a company I told her I will take my business elsewhere.
