Clean affordable place to live. I love the location; close to everything. The new staff is not and day from the old management. Everything is looking good.

Horrible place to live. It looks great, but it is NOT. Their staff isn't too friendly and they never fix anything they say they will. All they will say is "OK. We'll put the work order in to get it fixed." Months go by and nothing is still fixed no matter how many times you call and complain. Ants are always getting into the cabinets and shower. The SHOWER now. Air is constantly going out and they will not fix it properly. Alarm system does not work. I accidently hit it one day and it went off, but cops never showed nor called. There were two shootings next to my building when I lived there. One building caught fire and burned down. It was just a horrible experience. I wouldn't advise anyone else to go there. When it was still Quail Cove, maybe I would have. But now..there's no way.
