For the third time in a week I received 1 sweet tea and 1 unsweet when ordering 2 sweet teas only to find, once arriving at work 15 minutes later, we've been duped again. Has to be done on purpose. I suspect you run out of sweet tea and hope we don't notice until we get so far down the road we tolerate the "mistake." I let the first two times go and decided to call. What do you know! The phone has been busy all day. Seems like your very aware and just don't want to hear it. It's not just this Sonic that seems to have major problems either. Pretty sad that our small business has better reviews on quality and customer service than a billion dollar company. I grew up on Sonic and it's very disheartening to see where Sonic is today compared to 20 years ago. Chances have been given for incompetence but, my business will be taken elsewhere.
