This dealer is the absolute WORST in customer service. If you have time to waste this is the place for you. Bait and switch and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Unorganized and disrespectful.
Buying a new car was easy at C3. Our sales rep, Laurie Ann, was so easy to work with and she really explained all my options. I was nervous about buying new and the monthly payments, but she was able to help and get my right into my budget. New car is wonderful and their team was solid. Thanks C3
Josh was great and helped us get a manageable monthly rate on a new vehicle. He worked with his manager and got us the price we wanted on our trade and made the new car purchase an easy decision.
Their offers are as advertised. I saw an ad in the paper and got that exact deal when I went to buy a new Sorento. My experience was great and working with Sam was very easy.
Laurie Ann was great and very informative as we went to buy a new Kia. She was very enjoyable to work with and that made us have a great experience

Do not give them1 piece of info, they will research you and call you. Even when you give them the wrong name! Very aggressive and forceful!

Travis Miller in sales is great. Scott in finance is great. I had to come back for something and Scott was off so I had to deal with Emanuel in Finance. That man has no people skills and is quite arrogant. If I would've had to deal with him before Scott ? I wouldn't have bought the vehicle... I don't like being talked down to. I would recommend Century III Kia if Emanuel didn't work there because he pretty much ruined the rating I was going to give.

Great customer service, went that extra step to please! The fastest process of buying a car, kid friendly atmosphere---all around A++++ and it really helped that we had a young, upbeat, motivated sales person-Eric Singer.
