I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. At that point, I knew that the possibility of getting any service was slim to none. The lobby of the restaurant was jam packed so they just didn't bother with people who were waiting in the drive thru. I was absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER visit this location again! It's not even worth my precious time!!!

The manager and employees at this establishment are so rude and unprofessional. I will never step foot at this location nor will I recommend anyone to this location. The employees act like they are being forced to work and have no understanding of the concept - customer service. They gave me the wrong order and walked away from the window and did not acknowledge me before I could finish talking to him. I told him my order was wrong and he replied, "I did not take the order" and walked away. How can a customer spend their hard earn cash at any establishment and be treated with disrespect and poor service. Finally, the manager or supervisor came to the window and I told her the order was wrong, she snatched it boxes from me and came back with the correct order, placed it on the window and walked away. At this point I lost my appetite and was very upset. I had driven a long way just to dine at church's only to be met by ignorant employees and their manager. They hire anyone these days.

I asked for the chicken strip combo large didn't get right size the bread wasn't toasted I asked very light mayo they put a lot . The sandwich looks terrible the tenders look raw. I will throw it away. The lady that was there was not real friendly. The young guys there were extremely nice.

the service is fast but the chicken is greasy and never fresh
