We offer quality care and an experienced staff to seniors who need 24 hour care but want to live in a residential home setting. Our home is a newly remodeled home in a quiet residential neighborhood of West Linn. We have private rooms and baths; 1-2 genuinely compassionate caregivers accommodate the needs of just 5 residents 24 hours a day. Healthy delicious home cooked meals; special diets accommodated; schedule coordination & transportation assistance: TV, telephone & cable available in each room. We help add to the quality of life by offering personalized activities. We coordinate birthdays, holidays, celebrations, shopping excursions and senior care potluck outings. All levels of Care including but not limited to: * Alzheimer's & Dementia Care * Feeding Tube; Diabetes * Full Assistance with Activities of Daily Living * Hospice/Respite Care; Rehabilitation Care * Incontinence Care: Urinary Catheter * Management of Behavior Issues * Medication Management * Night Care; Bed Ridden Care
