He has a fashion design degree from Bassist College, and has owned and operated 3 alteration stations. If his wonderful employee Elva gets stuck with an impossible sewing job, Tom can get it done, or tell you straight why it can't be done. He also has one of the most efficient pick-up and deliver services anywhere.
